How we verify
every business

BizList does not accept listings at face value. Every business that applies for a listing is put through a two-step verification process — combining Singapore's official UEN registry with a manual review by our team.

UEN Validation
The business submits their Unique Entity Number (UEN). We cross-check this against ACRA's official registry to confirm the business is a legitimately registered Singapore entity.

Manual Review
Our team reviews the listing details — business name, category, description, and contact information — to ensure accuracy and that the listing meets our quality standards.

Verified Badge Awarded
Once both steps are cleared, the listing goes live with a Verified badge — a visible signal to users that the business is real, registered, and reviewed.

Ongoing Monitoring
Listings are subject to periodic re-checks and can be flagged by the community. We reserve the right to remove or suspend any listing that no longer meets our standards.
