Business Listings
How do I list my business on BizList?
It's completely free and takes less than 5 minutes. Simply create a free account, click "Add Listing", fill in your business details, and submit. We verify against ACRA records and your listing goes live within 1 business day.
Is it really free to list on BizList?
Yes — 100% free, forever. A basic listing on BizList costs nothing. We offer optional paid advertising packages for businesses that want enhanced visibility, but listing itself will always be free.
How do I edit or update my listing?
Log into your account and go to My Listings. Click on the listing you want to edit, make your changes, and save. Updates are reflected within 24 hours. If you have trouble, contact us at info@techfordsolutions.com.
My business is already showing on BizList but I didn't add it. Why?
BizList sources publicly available business information from ACRA's registry. If your business is registered with ACRA, it may appear automatically. To claim and manage your listing, simply create a free account and contact us at info@techfordsolutions.com with your business name and UEN. We'll transfer ownership to you.
How do I remove my business listing?
Log into your account, go to My Listings, and click Delete on the listing you want to remove. If your listing was auto-imported from ACRA data and you'd like it removed, email us at info@techfordsolutions.com with your business UEN and we'll action it within 2 business days.
How do I report an incorrect or fraudulent listing?
Use the "Report this listing" button on the listing page, or email us at info@techfordsolutions.com with the listing name and the issue. We investigate all reports within 2 business days and take appropriate action.
My Account
How do I create a BizList account?
Click Sign up at the top of any page. Enter your name, email address, and a password. You'll receive a verification email — click the link inside to activate your account. The whole process takes under 2 minutes.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Go to the Sign in page and click "Forgot Password?". Enter your registered email address and we'll send you a password reset link. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
How do I delete my BizList account?
Email us at info@techfordsolutions.com from your registered email address requesting account deletion. We'll process your request within 5 business days and confirm once done. Note that deleting your account will also remove all your listings.
Where can I see all my listings?
Log in and go to My Account → My Listings. All listings associated with your account are shown there. You can edit, view, or delete any of them from that page.
Advertising
What advertising packages does BizList offer?
We offer 3 packages — Basic (S$99/yr), Pro (S$149/yr), and Elite (S$199/yr). Each package gives your business enhanced visibility including featured homepage placement, sponsored article rankings, and category page banners. See full details on our Advertise page.
How do I purchase an advertising package?
Simply reach out to us via WhatsApp, phone, or email and let us know which package you're interested in. We'll send you an invoice directly — no online checkout needed. Once payment is received, your advertising is activated within 1 business day.
How quickly will my advertising be activated?
Once we receive your payment, your advertising placement is activated within 1 business day. You'll receive a confirmation once your listing is live and featured. Our team will also follow up to ensure everything is set up correctly for your business.
Can I upgrade my advertising plan later?
Yes! Contact us at info@techfordsolutions.com or WhatsApp +65 8719 8800 and we'll upgrade your plan and prorate the difference for the remaining period.
Which ranking article will my business appear in?
After you sign up for Pro or Elite, our team will contact you to confirm which "Top 5" ranking article best suits your business category. We place you in the most relevant article for maximum exposure — for example, "Top 5 Best Digital Marketing Agencies in Singapore."
Finding Businesses
How do I search for a business on BizList?
Use the search bar on the homepage or Browse page to search by business name or keyword. You can also browse by category using the category pills, or filter by location to find businesses near you.
Are all businesses on BizList verified and legitimate?
BizList cross-references all listings against ACRA's public business registry to verify that businesses are legitimately registered in Singapore. However, we recommend always doing your own due diligence before engaging any service provider — check reviews, verify contact details, and confirm their UEN on ACRA's official BizFile portal.
How do I leave a review for a business?
Open the business listing page and scroll down to the Reviews section. You'll need to be logged in to leave a review. Click "Write a Review", give a star rating, and share your experience. Reviews must be based on genuine first-hand experience.
The business information looks outdated. What should I do?
Use the "Report this listing" button on the listing page to flag outdated information. Our team will investigate and update or remove the listing as appropriate. You can also email us at info@techfordsolutions.com.
Payments
How does payment work on BizList?
BizList uses a simple manual invoicing process. Once you contact us and confirm your chosen advertising package, we will send you an invoice directly. Payment can be made via bank transfer or other arrangements agreed upon with our team. There is no online checkout — everything is handled personally by us.
How do I get an invoice?
Simply reach out to us via WhatsApp, call, or email with your chosen package and your business details. We will issue you an invoice promptly — usually within the same business day.
Can I get a refund on my advertising package?
Advertising packages are generally non-refundable once activated. If you have an issue before your package is activated, contact us within 7 days of payment and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis. Email info@techfordsolutions.com with your invoice reference. See our Terms of Use for the full refund policy.
I paid but my advertising hasn't been activated. What do I do?
Contact us immediately via WhatsApp +65 8719 8800 or email info@techfordsolutions.com with your payment proof or invoice reference. We'll resolve it within 1 business day. Activation normally happens the same day payment is confirmed.
